We carefully pack and dispatch every jar of Made for Change chilli achar to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Provider
We ship all orders via Australia Post and sometimes through other courier companies depending on your postcode.
Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and courier companies based on your postcode and selected shipping service. Estimated delivery times depends on the delivery company. Please use the tracking information provided to determine when you will receive your chilli.
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post or the courier company in good condition, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you believe your parcel is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
